Below is a listing of upcoming Meetings and Surprise Farms I Community Events. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend all meetings and events unless othewise noted.

All meetings start at 7:00pm
Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of the month unless otherwise notified.
We will start meeting in person starting this month.

Time: 7:00 PM Open Session (Homeowners Welcome)
Closed Session – 6:30PM (Board Members Only)
The Board of Directors will meet in closed/executive session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 33-1804(A) (1, 2, 3, and 5).
Where: Cimmaron Springs Middle School 7032 W Surprise Farms Loop S
